The record plays near-mint, but there are very light scuffs on front and back which puts it at EX. The gatefold cover is VG+. It is glossy, with minimal ringwear. There are tiny punctures crowded around either side of the upper half of the spine (so the upper left front and upper right back) for which I have included close-ups. Corner wear is limited to a 1 1/4" seam split on the upper right corner of the gatefold with a little of the laminate peeled.
