You are looking at a unique lacquer (commonly referred to as an "acetate", although it contains none) dub plate from Columbia Records, cut on January 30, 1979. This one is a one-sided, 12-inch 33 rpm single with two tracks:
1. All Night Long
2. Special Lady
Both tracks were released commercially, although never together on the same single, and I can't verify if these mixes match the commercial issue.
As you may know, because this is a lacquer disc and not a vinyl record, it was not pressed with a stamp but rather cut with a lathe. As a result, there is no matrix runoff number, and no additional information beyond what can be seen on the label. Based on both a playback and a visual grade, this one is a solid EX: there are no scratches- just a few light surface marks and one long surface scuff that didn't affect playback. Disc is flat as well. Cover is just hand-written black marker indicating the artist, etching date, and the label name. A nice copy of a rare record. Disc will be well-packed and shipped via Priority Mail. Payment is expected within 24 hours of invoice, and packages ship within 3 days of receiving payment. Check out my other items for another rare Columbia lacquer from the same era!
