All items are sent by Royal Mail in high grade quality mailers to protect the goods as much as physically possible. We do not put more than the required amounts in any single package. Larger orders will require multiple packages or a designated carrier such as Parcelforce, whereby recorded tracking delivery will be applied at no extra cost. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of payment clearing, however this is not guaranteed. We do not generally answer emails or conduct business on weekends. All UK items are sent unrecorded unless specifically requested. (Additional postage charges may apply). UK orders in excess of 25GBP will be sent recorded delivery free of charge. Combined multiple orders to customers in Europe and the Rest Of The World in excess of 25.00gbp a fee of 3.95gbp may be added to the shipping total, for guaranteed piece of mind through insured trackable recorded delivery. Customers in South America we will require that you purchase postal insurance. For multiple purchases please request an invoice only when you have won all your items.

Our preferred payment method is Paypal. We accept personal cheques, but prefer uncrossed postal orders (sent at your own risk) as your payment will clear instantly and you will get your items faster. Cheques take at least five working days to clear.

We do not currently accept any other forms of payment.

All our CD’s,DVD’s,Records other Goods and Merchandise are Brand New and Mint unless stated otherwise. We accept returns if an item is faulty or not as described.
