NM: Looks brand new & has amazing sound
EX: Very very few small/light marks & has amazing sound
VG+: Very few marks and plays great
VG: Has a few more marks then VG+.  plays fine with light background noise
VG-: Has lots of marks and plays with background noise
G: Lots of heavy marks and plays with loud background noise
