Pink Floyd, "Animals". 1977 Columbia  34474. 1st U.S. press.  With Original flimsy cardboard inner sleeve, & Gatefold cover.  With the Mtrix numbers,Al 34474 2D / BL 34474 2F This is considered to be a part of the first press. Using the resources available. I'd say it was made during the first third of the first press run.  Since the side one , 2D, matrix  wasn't used after that point.   
Cover grade; Lower end of VG. . Due to some bumping on bottom of spine. And ringwear. No writing , tears, rips or stains. 
VInyl Grade. VG+. Retains it's shine with very few superficial marks. 
Play Grade;  VG++ Record Plays wonderfully. Using a Dual 1214, with a Shure M75 cartridge. Playing through a Dynaco Pas 2, pre-amp. And, Motorola 3-channel amplifier. 
Original Flimsy cardboard inner sleeve; VG+, to VG++. It is in very nice condition.
