We grade all our vinyl as honestly and accurately as possible to UKRC standard. Please understand though that on occasion we may get it wrong and miss something. as a result of this we offer a no quibble returns policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to arrange for return of your item. Please do not just leave negative or neutral feedback without giving us a chance to rectify any perceived problem. Many thanks for your co-operation.

Mint; The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration of sound quality. The cover and any extra items should be in perfect condition records advertised as sealed or un-played should be mint.

Excellent; The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good; The record has obviously been played many times, but shows no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and sleeve.

Good; The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches, The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.

Fair; The record is still just playable but it has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. 

We would love you to leave positive feedback as a result of a satisfactory transaction, however if there is any aspect that you are not entirely happy about, please contact us first and we will try to resolve any issues that you have. There is nearly always an agreeable solution.

 

 

Dispatch Time & Post and Packaging Policies

All items purchased from weallneedstuff will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment.

Actual delivery times of any purchased item to you, will depend on the postage service selected, and may be delayed during peek and busy periods. We will  endeavour to keep to our dispatch times and advise you asap of any delays that we are aware of. However once an item leaves us we are reliant on other service providers over which we have no control. 

Please note that shipments to Highlands, Islands and some Scottish postcodes will incur a surcharge for large, bulky or heavy items. Please confirm delivery costs if you live in any of these areas to avoid any unexpected charges.

Please remember when leaving "DSR" Scores and feedback, that;

"Dispatch Time" refers to how quickly the item is dispatched from us - normally 1 to 2 days (not how long it takes to receive the item once dispatched).

"Postage & Packing fees" are not just the price of the "Postage" shown on the packaging, but also includes the cost of a Franking machine, rental fees, Inks, Labels, Packaging materials, and the labour cost of packing and delivery to the post office. If you are not happy with the stated P&P fees please do not purchase and then later complain or leave low DSR Scores.

We often re-use packaging materials. We do this to save you money, not because we are tight. The saved cost of recycled packaging subsidises the cost of new supplies when necessary.
