All items paid for with Paypal can only be sent to the address where your Paypal account is registered, unless you have a second address set up.

I usually post my items 2 or 3 times each week (so 1-3 working days after payment).

 

What are the postage and packing costs for this item?

UK - £1.40 second class

Europe - £4.30 Royal Mail International Standard (airmail)

Italy - £9.85 RM Tracked & Signed*

USA, Canada, Japan - £5.55 RM International Standard (airmail)

*Tracked shipping is included for these, they will have a tracking number which I will send after it has been posted.

Tracking on low value items is optional for other overseas buyers, costing an extra £5.50 per package. If you want tracking please ask me before you pay.

 

How do I pay?

From now on I will be accepting Paypal only.

If you pay by Paypal echeque please remember they can take up to 10 days to clear.

 

How long do I have to pay?

If you have zero feedback you must pay within 4 days, no arguments. For other buyers I allow 10 days for payment. If payment has not been made after 10 days I will report the item as unpaid and block you from bidding on other items.

 

Do you reduce postage on multiple items?

Yes, I do where possible, ask me for a postage total before you pay for your items.

UK buyers only please note: all UK packages over £25 and under £60 in total value must now be sent Signed-For, which adds £1.20 to the postage. UK packages over £60 in total value must be sent by Special Delivery, the cost of which may reduce or negate any savings made on combined shipping.

Overseas buyers please note: all overseas packages more than £30 in total value must now be sent tracked; unless one of the items concerned already has tracking this will add £5.50 to the postage, which may reduce or negate any savings made on combined shipping.

I'll say it again, please ask me for the total before you pay. I will only combine items won or bought within a 10-day period. Remember, any extra charge for recorded/tracked shipping is per package, not per individual item.

 

How do I pay for several items at once?

You can do this at checkout but if there is a postage reduction to be applied please wait for me to send you a total.

 

How much can be posted in one package?

UK - Up to 20kg

Overseas - The maximum weight for airmail is 2kg (approx 15-16 cds). Heavier packages can be sent by courier, usually Parcelforce.

 

What if my package doesn't arrive?

Royal Mail do not consider packages to be missing until 10 working days have passed (25 days for overseas mail). If your package has still not arrived after this time please contact me.
