I purchased this Record Album out of an Estate. I am not a record dealer, so I am not familiar with "grading" albums. I can tell you that it has a few Very Light scratches that are really only seen when held on an angle to the light. These will not effect its play. The Inner sleeve is in Very Good Condition, no tears or staining. The outer Sleeve is in Very Good Condition, but has 2 small corner nicks to the cardboard. You should be able to see these in my pictures. Please see my Pictures for a better idea of condition. This is straight out of an Estate and has not been cleaned.
