( CE MATIN ENCONE.) by (YES RAKOTOMALALA )...... ....(A set of 12 tracks sung in French and English were originally released in 1981, though later being some times re-issued (most lately at Golden Pavilion and Free Music Archive). Cute folk songs wherein one chord is soothingly followed by another, where acoustic sounds are mixed up with electric ones, indeed, having all premisses for some commercial success on the album which physical copies have apparently been very rateable in the circles of old folk music completists. YVES RAKOTOMALALA- Ce matin encore- (FRANCE- 1981) GP1008LP- Yves Rakotomalala from the acclaimed "Yves, Serge & Victor" album "Cagibi" recorded this elusive album a few years after he left the group. Musically we are in the same vein as "Cagibi": A delicate fragile westcoast-tinged psych-folk with acoustic/ electric backing & amazing vocals, very close in sound and style to Neil Young in his "After the gold rush" period. Every track is excellent with one side sung in English and the other in French. Originally released as a private pressing of 200 units. This is a fully licensed exact reissue limited to just 300 copies in black vinyl and 200 copies in solid red and gold mixed. Comes with newly designed color labels. 1 Still a rambler 2 Working Man 3 You and I 4 Drunkard's tune 5 Lady Anne 6 We have to believe 7 Voyez moi comme ces rues 8 Qualqu'un quelque part 9 Ne M'en Voulez Pas 10 La seule chanson 11 Une cuisine 12 Ce matin encore )........
