We stock hundreds of titles which are all brand new and our friendly staff are more than happy to hunt for those you cannot find on our shelves, as we have access to thousands of additional titles. Looking for something to play you records on, why not treat yourself to a brand new Record Player. We stock our own branded turntables as well as a range from Pro-Ject.

Our stock is all brand new and factory sealed where provided. We do not sell second hand or used goods.

Vinyl Records and their Sleeves are very easily damaged in the post, with our 14 years experience we take great care when packaging vinyl records, by opening and removing the inner sleeve (without touching the record) to try and avoid any problems.

***Although, if you would rather we did not carefully open one side of the PVC sleeve (if supplied), please call us once the order has been placed, we cannot accept any responsibility for spine damage to the sleeve in transit if the record is not removed***

Shipping

DELIVERY TIMESCALE: We expect to deliver all orders within 14 working days of the orders being placed. Still, sometimes delivery could take longer, according to the destination country and its postal services:

- up to 14 working days for UK parcels

- up to 21 working days for Europe parcels

- up to 30 working days for USA & Canada parcels

If your parcel has still not arrived within the periods stated above (according to your country), please contact us straight away.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail.

PRICING: All prices are subject to change and availability, full refunds will be given if we are unable to supply the goods ordered.

RETURNS POLICY: We want you to be happy with your purchase. To return a faulty item, please e-mail us. We test returned goods and reserve the right to return the product to you at your expense if we cannot reproduce the fault on our equipment. In the event that your order is damaged in transit, please ensure the goods remain sealed, refunds will not be made if we deem that the customer is responsible for the damaged caused.

UNWANTED PURCHASES: You may return your order by informing us of this by email up to 14 days after received the delivery. Goods must be returned to us unopened (factory sealed) or un-used and you must obtain a proof of postage receipt for the returned goods.

At Assai-Sent2u we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Faulty / Delivery Errors: To return an item you believe is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us. We test all returned goods and reserve the right to return the product to you at your expense if we cannot reproduce or agree the fault is a manufacturing fault. In the event that your order is damaged in the post, please ensure the goods remain sealed, refunds will not be made if we deem that the customer is responsible for the damaged caused.

Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, you can return them to us by requesting our returns address within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged items: If the damage is limited to standard cases, please email us with details of the damaged cases and we can send replacements out to you. If the damage affects the product itself, the libretto or any non-standard packaging, please follow the instructions for faulty items within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

Unwanted Purchases: You may return your order by informing us of this by email up to 14 days after receiving the delivery. Goods must be returned to us unopened (factory sealed) or un-used and you must obtain a proof of postage receipt for the returned goods, the buyer is responsible for return costs.

Please note that we are unable offer an exchange service on unwanted items. If you wish to exchange your order, please return the item for a refund, and place an order for the alternate item. We are happy to refund unwanted items that are returned to us within 21 days after receiving the delivery.

For all returns: Please enclose a note quoting your order number, what you are returning, the reason for return, and specifying whether you require the correct item to be sent out, or a refund within 21 days of receiving the item. All goods that are returned to Assai-Sent2u are the responsibility of the customer and you may wish to send goods by a secure postal method (Recorded or Registered Post). We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.
