THE CLASH Original copy of the NME (New Musical Express) from APRIL 2, 1977. Featuring the legendary Tony Parsons interview with the band and the photographs that were then used as part of the free 7" vinyl single issued as the CAPITAL RADIO E.P. Along with the copy of the NME is the Capital Radio E.P. 7" vinyl. This copy is the second edition released on Neat Records. This edition was sold in the US market after the initial success there (1978). The NME is in fantastic condition for it's age and all of the newspaper is completely intact, in it's entirety. There is obviously some discolouration of the paper that happens with any old newspaper. It has been stored flat and carefully kept for the last 38 years. I will post it out in hard cardboard to avoid the newspaper being folded. I would doubt that there are many copies of this (NME) newspaper around today, especially in this condition. The Capital Radio E.P. is in Mint condition.
