O.K. Last one today between closing and between customers.  Ah, yes...out of my own collection (as I said above I have a 60 year collection of my own besides the store stock, but I can't take it with me).  From 1965 Heart Of Stone (the 3rd rarest Stones sleeve) and 45 (London 9725) b/w What a Shame.   Hard to judge a sleeve especially but considering there is no tearing or rips and VERY little "top" damage I'd give this a strong VG/VG+overall.  As you can see there is visible ring wear on one side of the sleeve which wasn't there the last time I looked in my "stuff", so I'll call that a storage issue even tho the 45 was, of course, separated from the sleeve.  45 also has a scratch at the very beginning of  the B side.  Good luck ever finding another one at this good a price.  And stay tuned for MUCH more good "stuff"
