CONDITION of VINYL: Im saying near mint minus due to a few paper scuffs. I tend to reserve the grade nearmint for totally markless vinyl that look brand new. this one is close to that, but I grade on the safe side.
CONDITION of SLEEVE: near mint if you dont count the small corner cut, a strong VG+ if you do count it. clean white sleeve with no damage or flaws front or back. no seamslplit, no edgewear. very nice. copies of this you see usually have pretty beat covers.
