Vintage 1978 seven-inch single by The Cramps on Vengeance label. "Surfin' Bird" (A-side) & "The Way I Walk" (B-side) Original Cramps line-up, featuring the late, great, Lux Interior on vocals and the equally late & great Bryan Gregory on guitar distortion; and of course, "Poison Ivy" Rorschach, rhythm guitarist and Nick Knox, drummer. Produced by Alex Chilton.
This is the first pressing sleeve on thin, silk-screened reddish-orange paper. Recorded at Ardent Studios, Memphis; mixed at Advision Studios, London. Both sides are first takes! No overdubs!
