These are conditional because if the value is such (usually over $40.00) that we feel it necessary to be able to trace/track a package, you the customer may have to also pay for Priority/Registered Mail which will cost more. Anything over $100 will have to be registered at a minimum.  Check before bidding or committing to purchase.

Customers in FRANCE; Please note that many times packages are held at your local post office without you being notified.  It's a good idea to check if you don't get your item right away.
