The Blood Brother's sound was defined mostly by guitar player, Cody Votolato (brother of Rocky Votolato, Cody is also the guitarist for Merge Records band Telekinesis) known for his distinct, distorted guitar sound along with the dueling vocals of Jordan Billie and Johnny Whitney.
