The Vinyl is VISUALLY Graded: both sides look VG+ 
We play-graded the last track on the B-side, which is

a great instrumental version of the amazing, classic title track,
and there are a few brief pops in the middle of the instrumental.

Clean labels WITH that "deep groove" - there are visible spindle marks, 
but no writing or wear or sticker related stains or rips.
the jacket is VG to VG+ : the front laminate has light shelf-wear / light ring wear 
(not that obvious - it's mainly near the top and bottom edges) 

the lower-right corner is worn with a bit of fraying, the upper-right corner 
is worn and split one inch, and there's light edge-wear, but otherwise 
the spine and seams are intact. 
The lower-right corner has numerous small, neat pin-holes.
The back has a tiny stain in the upper-right corner, and light yellowing.
