How long do I have to pay?

If you have zero feedback you MUST pay within 4 days, no arguments. For other buyers I allow 10 days for payment. If payment has not been made after 10 days I will report the item as unpaid, and block you from bidding on further items.

 

Do you reduce postage on multiple items?

Yes, costs are determined by exact weight so if you want to ask about combined shipping costs, please tell me exactly which items you are interested in.

UK buyers only please note: all UK combined vinyl packages under 2kg in weight and under £25 in total value cost £2.50 to send 2nd class; if the value is over £25 but under £60 then it's £3.50 for 2nd class Signed-For. All packages over £60 in total value must be sent by Special Delivery, the cost of which may reduce or negate any savings made on combined shipping.

Overseas buyers please note: all overseas packages over £25 in total value must be sent with tracking; unless one of the items concerned already has tracking this will add £5.00 to the postage, which may reduce or negate any savings made on combined shipping.

Buyers of multiple items should place them in the shopping basket, buy them without paying, send a request for a total and wait for my invoice. Ebay may demand immediate payment from you, if this happens I will send a refund for the difference in shipping costs. How much can be posted in one package?

UK - Up to 20kg

Overseas - The maximum weight for airmail is only 2kg (approx 5-6 standard LPs or 2-3 double LPs). Heavier packages can be sent by courier, usually Parcelforce, and will have tracking included.

 

What if my package doesn't arrive?

Royal Mail do not consider packages missing until 10 working days have passed (25 days for overseas mail). If your package has still not arrived after this time please contact me.
