Very nice! There is just a single light scratch on side three. During play testing I heard 3 light ticks between songs one and two, but nothing to disrupt the music. The gatefold jacket is crisp and clean with no bends, splits or tears. There is a tiny bump at the upper right corner of the back section and very light shelf wear. The original lyric sheet is included.  A great copy for someone that actually wants to play it. What a concept! 

It has been professionally cleaned on a VPI 27 Typhoon record cleaning machine and an Ultrasonic record cleaning machine.
