The record box - fair/ good condition with a little wear around the corners and on the front and back.
The paper sleeves with plastic sheathing - are in fair /good condition with a few folds and creases.
The book - is in fair/good condition with a little stain on the cover page on the bottom right hand corner , and a little stain on the back page on the bottom left hand corner.
The records - Are in EXCELLENT condition . They look like the have never been played with next to no scratches.
