This record will be shipped in a securely packaged cardboard mailer with stiffener and extended ends to help prevent damage to the corners. Unsealed LPs/12"s are packed outside the sleeve to avoid seam splits. If you want me to do that with this item, tell me before I send it.

What are the postage and packing costs for this item?

UK - £3.50 2nd class Signed-For

Europe - £9.00 (airmail)

USA, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Japan, Hong Kong - £13.20 (airmail)

Australia, New Zealand, Singapore - £14.30 (Royal Mail Tracked & Signed)

Overseas packages may have a tracking number assigned to them if I consider it necessary. If you specifically want your package to be tracked you will need to pay an extra £2.50, contact me before you bid.

   

How do I pay?

I accept Paypal only.

If you pay by Paypal e-cheque please remember they can take up to 10 days to clear.

 

How long do I have to pay?

If you have zero feedback you MUST pay within 4 days, no arguments. For other buyers I allow 10 days for payment. If payment has not been made after 10 days I will report the item as unpaid, and block you from bidding on further items.

 

Do you reduce postage on multiple items?

Yes, costs are determined by exact weight so if you want to ask about combined shipping costs, please tell me exactly which items you are interested in.

UK buyers only please note: all UK packages over £60 in total value must be sent by Special Delivery, the cost of which may reduce or negate any savings made on combined shipping.

Buyers of multiple items should place them in the shopping basket, buy them without paying, send a request for a total and wait for my invoice. Ebay may demand immediate payment from you, if this happens I will send a refund for the difference in shipping costs. Please make just one Paypal payment.

I'll say it again, please ask me for the total before you pay. I will only combine items won or bought within a 10-day period. Remember, any extra charge for recorded/tracked shipping is per package, not per individual item.

 

How do I pay for several items at once?

You can do this at checkout but if there is a postage reduction to be applied please wait for me to send you a total.

 

How much can be posted in one package?

UK - Up to 20kg

Overseas - The maximum weight for airmail is only 2kg (approx 5-6 standard LPs or 2-3 double LPs). Heavier packages can be sent by courier, usually Parcelforce, and will have tracking included.

 

What if my package doesn't arrive?

Royal Mail do not consider packages missing until 10 working days have passed (25 days for overseas mail). If your package has still not arrived after this time please contact me.
