Very rare original 1st UK press with earliest 1y1/2y1 matrix numbers, large Vertigo swirl label and 'A Philips Records Product' credit on the label.

1st press gatefold sleeve with black inner and no publishers/composer credits inside the black cross.

CONDITION (vinyl/cover) 

GOOD+ (record has been played a lot and under strong light shows numerous sleeve removal hairlines, light surface wear and the odd small light scratch but no major damage or warping; There is a little skip in the church bell/guitar intro to side 1 and a moment of hiss near end of side 2 but otherwise there is just some minor crackle and brief moments of surface noise that do not spoil the music - no distortion, no loud repetitive clicks, no sticks - a decent playing-copy of a very rare record! Labels show spindlewear but are otherwise clean and unmarked)

/ VG (gatefold sleeve in good solid condition with some edge scuffing, small creasing, light shelfwear but no major faults, no writing, no major splits, no tears)

comes with original Swirl inner bag date-coded '0970' (i.e. September 1970) in VG condition with no major damage.
