Featuring blazing guitar licks (both sides).....this early garage/surf rocker out of the West, Texas area should've been a coast to coast hit in the fall of 1964. "Signed" by the original band members (listed below), this was Waco based Venus records first release on their label, #500/501. (Previously known as The Counts in high school.)
Despite a slight heat warp that doesn't affect the play at all, the vinyl is a solid VG, and both sides play great. Raw vocals compliment the strong guitar breaks!
"A" side Hey Girl sports the band members 1st names written on the label.......
⦁ (Ron) Kudelka
⦁ (Butch) Vochoska
⦁ (Randy) Hudgins
⦁ (Skeeter) -- could've been either Robert Ernst or Johnny Nash -- unsure.
