Nice vinyl, not styrene, copy of this, I believe the boots were styrene.
It has the correct matrix numbers in the deadwax for an original but having said that Ive also read that there should be a letter 'H' stamped in the deadwax too, which there isn't...so it's on you.
Vinyl is a VG+ with good gloss, some light paper scuffs.
This doesn't come up often these days at all.
