PLAY TESTED AND GRADED.  We do our best to grade conservatively. 
Vinyl:  VG/VG+ (Some surface noise noticeable in quieter passages) Cover:  VG- (Cut-out notch lower left hand corner, otherwise normal wear) Inserts: Generic inner sleeve
Why we play grade and not visual grade: some vinyl may visually look bad but play fine and vice-versa.  If you need a particular track play tested again and reviewed based  on a mark you see in an image, please do not hesitate to ask. LPs are play tested and graded as a whole. 
Play Testing/Grading Notes: Generally speaking anything graded VG and under will have at least some surface noise which will be mostly noticeable during quiet passages and between tracks.  There may or may not be pops (of varying volume), but we do not list any vinyl that have egregious skipping. A range of grades, for example, VG/VG+, means that surface noise levels are not consistent. 
LPs may play better or worse based on your audio setup, needle/stylus condition, etc.
Any other specific questions, or Records are shipped in cardboard mailers.  LPs/inner sleeves are shipped outside of the cover in a plastic sleeve to avoid cover splitting during shipment.
