I don't know about record collecting or grading of them. I took this record to a local record collector shop and had it checked out by the owner of the shop. He played both side of the record and it sounded really good with only, what he called, some light surface noise on one side. He told me that it is in good to very good condition and said I should ask $1500. for it. I think he was way over pricing it by what I see them selling for on ebay. I tried to make the best pictures of it that I could so please look closely at them and judge the condition for yourself. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states.
