Hello, up for auction is the rare, loved or hated, pre-Industrial/Noise album Metal Machine Music by Punk/Alternative Godfather Lou Reed. Love it or hate it, this album has generated controversy and debate since it's release in 1975. Basically made just to fulfill his contract obligations with RCA/Victor, this novelty record has now become sought after and known as one of the earliest noise/industrial records. As if Lou hasn't influenced music enough with the Velvets. Sleeve is in great shape. Graded at VG but it's more borderline between VG/VG+. I graded it lower due to some minor ring wear and other small blemishes. The vinyl is VG+. It's very clean and plays great. Overall this is a very nice copy.
