This awesome picture disc is hard to come by. It was found in a generic cover by itself, so there is no outer cover. I did add this clear,Dallas Library sleeve to protect it though.The library, gate fold sleeve shows light wear. The record looks un-played & near mint..The trail off has etched in letters & hard to make out, but I believe it says STRAWBERRY DJV 23000.ACCORDING TO OTHER INFO THAT I SEE ON LINE, I BELIEVE IT WAS MADE IN 1975 IN THE UK..
