Cover is in VG condition with a diagonal 12" cut along front cover center top to bottom, small tear near right center front, light ring wear and stamp back cover, mono pressing, red and purple label, 1964..  

LP is a mono pressing on the red and purple Atlantic label and it's in VG++ condition...
