Up for auction my personal copy of "ELTON JOHN - GOODBYE YELLOW BRICK ROAD" album from Speaker Corners Records, DJM DJLPD 1001.
180GM Audiophile LP 33RPM. Includes original 4 page insert (M-).
Sleeve = EX, due to two very small creases, otherwise M-. See pics. Disc = EX, due to small 1/2" long scuff/scratch on lead in and first part of Track 1, Record 2, Side 2, otherwise M-. See pics.
I won't ever grade a sleeve or record "mint" unless it's sealed, even if the album was unplayed and the cover is in perfect condition.

Back in 2000-2003, I purchased a huge quantity of sealed records all at once. Most were opened and cleaned on a VPI 16.5. The discs were then placed in DiscWasher VRP Record Sleeves with the album stored upright in record cubes in mylar japanese protective sleeves. This has kept the condition of most of the covers (finish/color) to be "like new".
After a divorce, I put my record collection in a temperature controlled storage unit, where they've resided untouched for the last dozen or so years. It's time for someone to get enjoyment out of them.
Most of the records are super clean and flat, and have never been played. If they were played, it was less than a couple of times on an SME 10 or SME 20, with a Van den Hul Colibri cartridge.
