Payment Postage Collection Returns

Unless agreed otherwise, all payments must be completed within one week of the purchase date by PayPal only please. 

Your order may be cancelled and the item relisted if this is not complied with. 

Please contact us if you have problems paying, we can also accept payment by card over the phone.

All our items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class unless stated otherwise in the postage details above.

If this item sells for more than £50 we will send it '1st Class Signed for'.

Please note that we cannot post items to a P.O Box address.

Overseas & Combined Shipping

If you buy more than one item from us, please let us know before paying. We will send you a new invoice with the combined shipping price when you are finished bidding/ buying. (Postage will remain free if you live in the UK)

All overseas shipping prices are calculated by weight, please ask if you require an accurate shipping quote.

After payment has been made, please send us a message or call 01225 690011 to arrange a date/time for collection.

If you are collecting larger items of furniture, please ensure you come in an appropriately sized vehicle and have enough people to move the item.  We will help wherever possible, but cannot guarantee having someone available to help. 

Please note, items must be collected within two weeks of purchase.

All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us before returning the item or open a ‘return request’ through eBay. 

Buyer pays for return postage/ shipping. 

If the item is damaged or not as described 

We will pay for the return postage. A return label will be sent to you through the eBay returns process.
