Media grade: A  - no scratches, no skips. Plays the whole way through without fault.
Packaging grade: B - some  scuffs around gatefold casing and slightly visible record mark coming through covers.
Inserts grade A-

Record has been played five times and five times only.

It has been stored since purchase in a smoke free home, kept upright and in plastic sleeve.
Records have been kept in anti-static sleeves, which will be posted to you.

NOTES:

Release has printed labels, although very faint.
Side A ends in a locked groove.
Recorded at Ocean Way, Hollywood, California & The Hook, North Hollywood, California.
Mixed at Larrabee, North Hollywood, California.
Mastered at Gateway Studios, Portland, Maine.

This jacket has smaller "TOOL AENIMA" and "Zoo" logos.
Its barcode is larger and has a VERY faint catalog number on the bottom of the spine (it may be hard to see.)
