This 45 RPM 7" pressing was released in 1979. The record was deliberately never played but it was displayed on a wall.  As such, it exhibits very light scuffs.  The picture sleeve is in VG+ condition due to a pin hole in the middle of it and wrinkles.  The record is in MINT- condition for the light scuffs.  They have been kept in a closed box since purchase.   If applicable, any rings that you might think are on the picture sleeves are actually on the plastic outer sleeve, not on the well protected picture sleeves.  Please examine the picture carefully.  It constitutes a good part of the description.   Please take a moment to visit and browse my listings for other out of print LPs, 45's, Cassettes, CDs and Reel Tapes.
