Staff Bluebird by Eddie Kelly's Washboard Band from his 1937 Charlotte, NC session - one of his scarcest 78s.  Music loud and clear with quiet surface.  "Blues In The Rain" is a cover of the 1928 pop tune "I Get The Blues When It Rains", a melody that has appealed to a wide variety of performers over the years.  From the Ken Swerilas collection.
