I've worked with a local record store for many years grading and selling vinyl so please be assured that my assessment of the condition is accurate. I do not grade things in my favour and will list any imperfections however slight when present.

POSTAGE COSTS:
I combine postage for multiple items and only charge the actual cost of delivery (or less). I do not profit on delivery charges! If you have bid and won multiple auctions please wait for a final invoice with your correct postage costs before sending a remittance.

PAYMENT:
Collection from my address is ok by appointment only (Cash on Collection) - Otherwise I only accept PayPal.
Please make your payment/s within 48hrs of the auction close unless a prior arrangement has been made - Trading should be a pleasurable experience for both parties and I will always do my upmost to provide you with the best service when conducting a transaction.

PACKAGING:
I do not use flimsy mailers and always reinforce to ensure safe delivery. There are never any hidden packaging costsand we recycle whenever possible, you only pay the actual cost of posting, packaging is free!

DELIVERY TIMES:
UK / Northern Ireland: Orders placed before midday Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Please be aware that orders placed after midday on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday as we do not send out goods over a weekend. First class packets should arrive the following working day if the order is placed before midday the previous day (Mon-Fri).
NB: Please do consider (especially when leaving feedback) that, for example, if you pay for a Second Class delivery at 4pm on Friday, then it will not go out until Monday and then take a further two days for 2nd Class delivery, arriving on Wednesday. You will always receive the speed of delivery you pay for so please do respect and observe these delivery terms when rating us. 

Overseas: Shipping times will vary depending on region and delivery method selected.

RETURNS: YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN GOODS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT: I accept returns for goods damaged in transit where a full refund of the item and delivery costs will be provided on return of the item. In the unlikely event there are reasonable grounds to question that an item was listed "not as described" then I will also offer a full refund of the item cost only upon return of the goods. All return costs are to be paid by the buyer, however, I will refund return costs in exceptional circumstances where my service is clearly at fault.
