THE BEATLES "LET IT BE" - '88 Re-issue on Capitol "Rainbow" label
For sale I have a nice copy of the Beatles "LET IT BE" vinyl record re-issued in the 1980's on the Capitol label with the "Rainbow" color band.
Specifics:
"Let It Be" by the Beatles * 1988 Re-issue on Capitol label with Rainbow color band / SW-11922
Note: The 1988 Re-issue was pressed at the same time Capitol issued the "Cl" Re-issue series of the US Capitol released Beatles Albums. For some reason they chose to keep the same catalog number as the 1979 re-issue.
COVER: The cover is in very good condition with very minor wear considering the age of this album. Cover is free of markings, rips and tears. There are 2 very minor locations to note with slight creasing: front cover edge opening adjacent to George Harrison and back cover about 4 inches down near the spine there is a small creasing (SEE PHOTOS). These are very minor issues.
PICTURE SLEEVE: The picture sleeve is original and free of rips, tears or markings. Very clean. There are locations where the record has started to split the sleeve but this happens and these are also minor. One could add tape to keep them from splitting further but I did not opt to do this.
RECORD VINYL: Vinyl is super clean.....in my opinion, EXCELLENT ( not MINT or NEAR MINT ). Label is also very clean. I have played this on my system and it sounds great!!!
