There is a scratch on the back of the cover (hardly noticeable). two tiny bumps on two of the corners of the spine. and there is a hole punch in the bottom right corner. some vendors used to put them there to identify as colored vinyl. the cover has great shine and I would consider it EX+.. the vinyl has been played and shows signs of wear, but plays through great with high clarity and low surface noise..
