You are bidding on a deluxe edition of the Eraserhead soundtrack, released in 2012It includes the LP, a 7" the download card, and plenty of printed materials. ALSO included is the DVD released in a special collectors box, only available through mail order.

The entire box set is NM, with the exception of the LP which is EX and very close to NM (halfway into Side A there is a circular looking small light scratch (2mm) made from a loose particle that rubbed during shipment)
