Cover.... Very good, some slight creasing and a few age related marks. Inside the sleeve of the cover is neatly written a previous owners name. Not noticeable unless you look for it.
Pullout section.... No insert or pullout section.
Vinyl LP....In very good condition, with no scratches, stains or other marks.  Any questions please ask. Thank you for looking.
