Cover: Very Good+, most shrink, no splits, see photos
Vinyl: Very Good+, sounds great with one exception. Visible up close are some very faint superficial spider-web or very thin, shallow, slide type hairlines. *There is one very small scratch mark near the end of the 1st track on side 2 that sounds & skips a rotation.
Vinyl gently cleaned with VPI 16.5.
