 The record looks and plays M-.  No scuffs and no scratches.  Some superficial blemishing discoloration on both sides that does not affect play.  Grooves look unplayed.        

 The cover is VG++.  

    The front cover is shiny with little wear and a small hole punch at the bottom near the spine. The corners at the pocket are dented. The back cover is bright with little or no wear and the same hole punch. No split seams.  Tiny spots of wear at the corners, especially heavy on the bottom seam at the pocket. Spine is intact and readable with small piece of slick missing at the bottom.  Inside the fold out is bright and clean with little or no wear and the same hole punch.    

Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on cover.
