I'm not a professional record grader. See pics for condition.
No major issues noticed other than (1) Album Jacket has some corner wear & edge wear, (2) Inner Sleeve has small partial separation in bottom middle (it can still hold the record).
I bought this over 10 years ago from a reputable local record shop, and it's been sitting unplayed on my record shelf ever since.
Comes from a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home.
