rare German vinyl 2LP box set released in the 1960s on "tulip" DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON GESELLSCHAFT (DGG) stereo label with catalognumber 138807/808. 

The box set includes the two seperate LP covers in a clothbound box with gold imprint lettering, with two DGG coupons(!) and both vinyl in pristine NEARMINT/MINT condition - perfect!  

Famous1962 performances by Karajan conducting the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra recorded with true audiophile soundquality.

Note the label variations, and also note that a "Red Stereo" version of this set exists ... see photo.
