The cover is VG+. The corners are very good as pictured. The zipper looks like to have never been used. The cutout at the top of the zipper has never been opened.
The record itself is NM. No spider webs and clear and colored paper plate.
The record sleeve has a couple of creases and a small tear at the top as shown in the pictures.
