ABBA Dancing Queen 7” with That’s Me on reverse.
Rare misprint white label
To be honest, I don’t know exactly what this is. A friend and I took a guess. And he worked in a record pressing plant. So he has a fairly good idea.
I have been a DJ for 32 years and I buy and sell a lot of records. And on my many travels I have never seen a record like this. So I am judging it as rare.
A promotional record has 2 white labels. This record has one and the standard label on the other. There is nothing like this on eBay or Discogs.
My friend thinks that it is the standard label that’s “flipped” as it’s been pressed/printed. And so the white label is actually just the reverse of the orange label. He says that it has happened to him at the record plant before. But it is extremely rare and the records were normally destroyed.
So, that’s our best guess as to what this is. Both sides play fine. I’d say “good” condition. But everyone’s opinion of conditions is different.
Whatever this is, it’s rare.
Thank you for looking. Happy bidding.
