Here for sale is one of the 'Holy Grails' of collecting Beatles vinyl record albums. This is a May 1970 first pressing of the U.K. 'Let It Be' vinyl record Box Set. The Box Set is complete with the original inner trays & 'Get Back' book. The heavy vinyl record is in excellent condition. The record sounds really amazing with only some slight background noise between tracks & some quite passages. This is like hearing this LP for the first time with great detail from the original analogue stereo mixes from the master tapes at Abbey Road Studios. The U.S. pressings sound nothing like these first pressings from The United Kingdom. The dead wax has the # YEX 773-2U with a Mother Stamper of 1 GDD on side1 &#YEX 774-2U with a Mother Stamper of 2 GGL on side 2. The laminated first pressing cover PCS 7096 is in excellent condition with just a bit of corner tip wear & the red Apple logo on the back. The original inner sleeve with the Patent No. 1,125,555 is in very good condition with no splits on the bottom edge. The outer sleeve to the box set is in laminate creases & wear to the corners. The original inner trays are in good condition with wear to the edges & tears on the inner try where the book is stored. The 'Get Back' book is in near mint- condition with no loose pages. I have owned several of these box sets over the years & i am always amazed of the unique sound you only get on these first pressings. 'Let It Be' is a complete different listening experience in this format. This box set will be double boxed for protection through shipment. Thanks Frank
