For auction is RAY DRAPER's "A Tuba Jazz," on Jubilee 1090, MONO, 1959.

SOUND: VG-

It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. There is some surface noise as well as ticks and pops here and there. Not for a perfectionist, but still quite enjoyable, in my opinion.

VINYL: VG-

Visually, the vinyl has various scuffs or light scratches on both sides. I was unable to "feel" any of these.  It is on white Promo labels, and has deep-grooves on both sides.

COVER: VG

The cover is about VG. The left-hand spine is fraying a bit, but the top and bottom are solid. The corners are a little softened. Both front and back are unmarked and relatively clean with routine wear and aging.

The photos are of the exact record up for bids. Look before you bid, ask if you want any additional info or pics.

A unique record, not for a perfectionist, but still enjoyable. No reserve, bidding starts at $10.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.

Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.

If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction. I'm not a collector, nor an audiophile, but I think they are desirable if you're into this kind of material.  Click "see other items" and thanks for looking!
