There is a promo sticker on the back cover stating "UNVERKÄUFLICHES MUSTER", which translates into "Sample Copy Not For Sale" ...

Beautiful cover comes complete with original inner sleeve, and vinyl AS NEW in perfect MINT condition - vinyl looks unplayed, seems it has never even been taken from its inner sleeve before ...
