First Pressing, 1A/1A Matrix Numbers !!

With Rare Censored Sleeve, has the pasted on back panel which omits the "Blind Man.." Text !!!

Sleeve is in VG Condition (has some creasing, see pics).

Vinyl is in VG+ Condition.
