I believe this to be a rare mono 'wide spine' first issue of The Beatles 1967 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' (PMC7027 - seconded by Discogs but judge for yourself); bearing an XEX 637-1 matrix number on Side 1, and XEX 638-1 on Side 2.
Has a black and yellow Parlophone label, "The Gramaphone Co." on the perimeter and "Sold in the U.K Subject to Resale Conditions" below the logo. 
Gatefold inner has 'Fourth Proof' on the top right folding tab.
Nice clean example of the red 'psychadelic' inner, Some minor marks to sleeve corners as shown but otherwise an excellent example (I can provide further pictures as required on request).
Vinyl is a solid VG+ with wide-ranged scratching from general play, and one set of small parallel lateral scratches.
